Build your catalog: garments, fabrics & pricing
Updated 15 July 2026 · 1 min read
The Rail holds what you make and what it costs — garments and their options, the cloth wall, presets and your markup rules.
The Rail is what your studio makes: garments, their options, your fabrics, and the design tool that puts them together.
Garments
The Rail → Garments lists what you offer — jackets, trousers, waistcoats, shirts. Each garment carries its option taxonomy: construction choices, styling details, and the cost each step adds. This is what powers the design tool and keeps pricing honest.
Fabrics — the cloth wall
The Rail → Fabrics is your cloth library: composition, weight, price band and imagery, searchable while designing. Add fabric with + Create → Fabric.
Presets
The Rail → Presets are house looks — saved starting points (your signature two-piece, a wedding standard) that make designing with a client faster.
Pricing
Garment options carry costs; Settings → Pricing & checkout sets what happens on top — markup, rounding, deposit percentage and lead times. Change your markup once and every future quote follows.
The design tool
The Rail → Design tool walks a garment through occasion, cloth and construction step by step, with a live sketch — use it at the counter with a client, and turn the result straight into a commission.
