When the client is a business — a firm ordering suits, a venue's uniforms — model it as a company.
How it works
The Book → Companies holds the company record: the business details, and the people attached to it. Each person is still a full client (their own measurements, their own Yarn) — the company groups them.
Why it matters
- One conversation — the company record collects activity across its people, so you see the relationship, not just individuals.
- Orders roll up — commissions across staff show against the company.
- The decision-maker vs the wearer — the person you invoice and the person you measure are often different people; companies keep both straight.
Getting started
Create one with + Create → Company, then attach people — existing clients or new ones. A tag like uniform-2026 across the wearers makes batch fittings easy to run down.
Corporate work often means volume at a date. The Board handles it like anything else — but book the fitting blocks early in the Diary.
