Add staff with role cards, scope what each person can see and do, set targets, and give outside workers time-limited access.
The Hands is your team room — who works in the studio and what each person can do.
Invite someone
The Hands → Invite (or + Create → Hand). Pick a role card — owner, manager, tailor, front of house — and they'll get an email to set their password.
Roles and permissions
The preset roles cover most studios. Need finer control? Settings → Team & access has a role builder — compose a custom role from individual permissions, and set budget caps (the maximum discount or refund a person can give without you).
Each hand's dossier
Open a team member to see their sales attribution, targets and progress meters, active sessions and security posture. Targets you set here surface on their Bench.
People who aren't staff
Outside tailors, alteration shops and factories shouldn't get full logins. Settings → Team & access → External access issues scoped, time-limited links that show only what that worker needs.
When someone leaves
Offboarding is handover-first: reassign their clients and open work in one step, then their access ends.
