Microsoft 365: Outlook email & calendar

The Outlook counterpart to Google Workspace — send from your own address and keep the Diary and your Outlook calendar in step.
If your studio runs on Microsoft 365 rather than Google, the same two capabilities are available through Outlook.
Connect
Open Notions → Microsoft 365 and press Connect. Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve — choose studio-wide (a shared mailbox/calendar) or just me.
Outlook email
With mail connected, messages you send from Faden — reminders, payment links, Inbox replies — go out through your own address, so replies land back in your mailbox and your deliverability rides your own domain.
Outlook calendar
With calendar connected:
- Appointments booked in the Diary appear in your Outlook calendar within a minute.
- Your busy blocks flow back, so Faden won't book a fitting over your dentist appointment.
- Cancellations and reschedules stay in step on both sides.
Mixing providers
Google and Microsoft can coexist — one tailor on Outlook, another on Gmail. Each connects their own account, and the Diary respects everyone's busy time. See also Setting up Google Workspace.
