Quotes and approvals

Updated 15 July 2026 · 1 min read

Price the job, send it, and let the client say yes from their portal — with the paper trail kept.

Not every job starts as a firm order. Quotes let you price first and cut later.

Raising a quote

Build the quote like a commission — garments, cloth, options, price — and send it. The client gets it by email (or SMS link) and can view and approve it in their portal.

The approval

When they approve, the quote converts — the commission is raised with everything carried over, and the approval itself is on record with a timestamp. No more "I never agreed to that" conversations.

Chasing politely

An unanswered quote shows in the Awaiting approval view on the Board, and the Inbox has a one-tap attach quote when you're replying to the client anyway. Automations can send the gentle nudge after a few quiet days.

Quotes that die are data too — the quoted-but-lost rate in your reports tells you whether the problem is price, follow-up speed, or the leads themselves.
