What your clients see

Two client surfaces — a public design tool to share, and a private portal with orders, wardrobe, measurements and self-serve booking.

Faden gives your clients two surfaces, both dressed in your house style.

The design tool — public

Your design tool is a public page you can share and link from anywhere — a client (or a prospect) can build a garment, play with cloth and options, and send the design to you. No login needed.

The client portal — private

Clients sign in to their portal to see:

  • Orders — live progress of their commissions.
  • Wardrobe — every garment you've made them, with care guidance and one-tap reorder.
  • Measurements — their current set, with updates you approve.
  • Appointments — upcoming fittings, and self-serve booking if you've enabled it.
  • Parties — wedding or event groups they belong to.

Faden is not your online store

Faden deliberately has no public shopfront — you sell wherever you sell (your own site, your floor, your channels). Faden runs the design, fit, making and client relationship behind it.

Your own domain

Put these pages on your own address (like design.yourstudio.com) in Settings → Domains.
