Where to find every invoice, update your card, and how your Faden subscription is billed.
Everything about your Faden subscription lives in Settings → Plan & billing.
The billing portal
Press Manage billing to open your billing portal, where you can:
- Download every invoice and receipt — past and current.
- Update your card — the new card takes over from the next charge.
- See your next renewal date and amount.
How billing works
Your subscription is billed to the card on file, monthly, seasonally (6-month) or yearly — the longer cadences cost less. Add-ons and any top-up packs appear itemised on the same invoice, so there's one charge to reconcile, not five.
Which plan am I on?
The Plan & billing page shows your current plan, what it includes and your usage against any meters. For what the plans mean, see Bench, Studio, Atelier, Maison — which plan is which.
Billing by invoice (rather than card) is available by arrangement for larger houses — get in touch.
