The Makers is where your production partners live — factories, workrooms, outworkers, alteration hands.
Maker records
Each maker holds contact details, what they make for you, lead times and the jobs currently with them — so "what's at the factory?" is a glance, not an email chain.
The Workroom portal
With the Workroom add-on, a maker gets their own portal: a live queue of cutting tickets — each dispatched job with its tech pack, status they update as work moves, and photos they can attach from the bench.
What that buys you:
- Status flows back automatically — the Board advances as the factory works, no chasing.
- Cutting photos land on the commission — you see the cloth on the table before it ships.
- No email attachments — the current tech pack is always the one in the ticket.
Access, scoped
Makers see their tickets — never your client book, prices or other makers' work. Client names can be masked entirely — see Sending work to production.
