Notification events and templates

Which events message clients, on which channel, in whose words — every automatic send is yours to shape.
Faden sends a lot on your behalf — booking confirmations, fitting reminders, ready-to-collect notes, receipts. All of it is controlled from Settings → Messaging.
Per-event control
Every event type has its own switches: send it by email, SMS, both, or not at all. A studio that texts reminders but emails receipts is two toggles.
The templates
Each message's wording is an editable template with placeholders — the client's name, the appointment time, the order number filled in per send. Edit them once and every future send speaks in your voice. Keep SMS short; keep email warm; sign it the way the studio actually talks.
Test before trusting
Send yourself a test from the template editor — two minutes now beats a season of a typo going to every client.
What clients receive when
Reminder timing (how long before an appointment, whether to confirm) lives with the event settings — tune it to how your clients actually behave.
