Pricing FAQ
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every trial runs the full Atelier for 14 days, no card required. The plan you pick only sets where you land afterwards; drop to the Bench any time and keep every stitch of your data.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings; changes are prorated so you only pay for what you use.
What does white-label mean?
All platform branding is removed and your customers only ever see your own brand — your client portal, your emails, your sign-in, your own domain. It's included from the Atelier plan, or $29/mo as an add-on on Studio.
What happens when my House Messages run out?
Nothing breaks. Fitting reminders and replies keep sending from a top-up balance you control — buy a pack when you need it, or switch on auto top-up and never think about it. Unused plan messages reset monthly; top-ups never expire.
Should I buy an add-on or upgrade?
One notion — buy the notion. Two or more — the next tier is cheaper, and your bill will tell you so. Add-ons cancel any time.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Faden is a flat subscription — we don't take a percentage of your orders. Payment-processor fees (e.g. Stripe) are separate and go to them, not us.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Studio plan up. Point your domain at your studio and we handle the certificate automatically.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. You can export clients, orders and reports as CSV at any time, and we de-identify records we're required to retain for tax/legal reasons.
