Getting replies into Faden

Funnel your studio mailbox in so client replies thread onto the record — however they were sent.
Outbound is half the story. The Inbox earns its keep when replies come back into it.
How mail gets in
- Replies to Faden-sent email thread back automatically — nothing to set up.
- Your studio mailbox can be funnelled in (Settings → Messaging, the inbox funnel) — by connecting the mailbox or forwarding to your studio's intake address. Mail arriving there is matched to the client and lands on their thread and Yarn within minutes.
- SMS replies to your number arrive the same way — one thread per client, whatever the channel.
Matching
Messages match on the sender's address or number against the Book. Someone new writes in? They surface as an unmatched conversation you can attach to a client — or turn into a lead.
Why funnel at all
Because the alternative is history split between someone's personal mailbox and the record — and the studio forgetting what was promised. Funnelled mail means the Yarn is the whole truth.
