Day one — identity

- Payments — connect Stripe and set invoice terms. Take your first payment
Day two — what you make
- Catalog — garments, options, fabrics, markup. Build your catalog
- House style — dress the client-facing pages in your brand. House style
Day three — who you serve
- Clients — add your book, starting with active clients. Add your first client
- Team — invite your staff with the right roles. Invite your team
Then — go live
- First commission — raise it, take the deposit, watch it cross the Board. Create your first commission
